1. HR Executive (Based in Petaling Jaya)

The Job

• To coordinate and administer training programme.
• To maintain a systematic & complete filing system for employee personal files & other HR records.
• To ensure employees' welfare are taken care by overseeing medical, uniform, housekeeping, safety & security matters.
• To assist the Asst. Manager, HR in her absence.

Pre-requisites:

• Age below 30 years old.
• Degree in HR Management or related field.
• Proficient in HR policies, procedures & guidelines along with Employment and IR Act.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good compliance.
• 1 - 2 years' experience in HR operations.
  

2. Service Engineer - Sales (Based in Petaling Jaya)

The Job

• Responsible for effective sales development of ACSON service business in both new & existing channels.
• Responsible for the development & implementation of ACSON service business marketing plans.
• Responsibile for project system design and solution to customer.
• Responsible for marketing ACSON air conditioning system & solution to end user, industrIal & other sectors.

3. Service Engineer - Operation (Base in Petaling Jaya)

• Responsible for achieving excellent service target & total customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for effective service operation, pre-sales and after sales service, technical support & solution to customers.
• Responsible for managing Technicians.
• Responsible for educating & developing service technicians and sub contractors.

4. Sales Engineer - Sales / Project (Based in Petaling Jaya / Kuantan)

The Job

• Responsible for the effective sales development of ACSON business in both new and existing channels.
• Responsible for the development & implementation of ACSON marketing plans.
• Responsible for project system design & solution.
• To market ACSON air conditioning system & solution to Consultants / Government and Corporate.
• Willingness to be relocated to branches will be an added advantage.
  

Pre-requisites:

• Age below 30 years old.
• Degree in any discipline. Preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably with 1 - 3 years working experience in HVAC industry.
• Those with experience in Consulting Engineering / M & E will be an added advantage for positions 2 & 5.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently.
• Possess own transport and prepared to travel.
  

5. Part Sales Engineer (Based in Petaling Jaya)

The Job

• To identify business opportunities for spare part sales
• To manage spare parts stock.

Pre-requisites:

• Age below 30 years old.
• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably with 2 - 3 years working experience.

6. Service Technician (Based in Petaling Jaya / Kuantan)

The Job

• Responsible for service, repair and installation of various HVAC system.
• To assist Service Engineer in achieving excellent service target & total customer satisfaction.
• To carry out ACSON service business marketing plans.
• To promote ACSON product to customers.
  

Pre-requisites:

• Age below 30 years old
• Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration)
• At least 2 - 3 years working experience in HVAC industry.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Valid GDL licence will be an added advantage.
• Analytical, responsible and able to work independently.
  

7. Customer Service Coordinator - Service (Base in Petaling Jaya)

The Job

• Daily preparation of necessary documents before the goods is out from the store.
• Followup customer Purchase Order and to ensure timely delivery compliance.
• Handling of incoming calls.
• Liaise with warehouse & transporters.
• Assist in preparation of weekly / monthly reports.
  

Pre-requisites:

• SPM or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years experience.
• Responsible, independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Computer literate.
• Preferably chinese female.
  

8. Sales Representative (Base in Petaling Jaya / Penang)

The Job

• To serve existing customers, establish new contacts and develop new market.
• Responsible for sales & collections of payments from dealers & customers.
• Prepare quotation to customers.
  

Pre-requisites:

• Age below 30 years old.
• SPM or Diploma in any discipline.
• Technical knowledge in air conditioning and experience in dealer network will be an added advantage.
• Pro-active & resourceful to customer needs.
• Possess own transport & prepared to travel.

9. Account Clerk (Base in Petaling Jaya)

The Job

• To handle Accounts Receivable.
• To update daily transaction timely.
• To perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• To conduct monthly stock take & reconciliation.
  

Pre-requisites:

• LCCI or Diploma in Accounting.
• Computer literate.
• 1 - 2 years experience in related field.
  

10. Storekeeper (Base in Petaling Jaya)

The Job

• To receive goods from suppliers in accordance to purchase order/s.
• To handle inventory storage and movement.
• To provide accurate & on time stock information.
• To perform physical stock count.
• To load / unload goods.
• To perform housekeeping activities.
  

Pre-requisites:

• SPM or equivalent.
• 1 – 2 years experience in related field.
