Guidelines on Serial Number

INDOOR FAN COIL UNIT

1. Make sure that the air conditioned is switched off.
2. Look for the silver sticker on right hand side of the unit as indicated in the picture below.
   
3. Note down the model and serial number of the unit.

OUTDOOR CONDENSING UNIT

1. For the outdoor unit, the product identification sticker is located at the right hand side of the condenser as indicated in picture below.
   
2. Note down the model and serial number of the unit.
