Guidelines on Serial Number
INDOOR FAN COIL UNIT
- Make sure that the air conditioned is switched off.
- Look for the silver sticker on right hand side of the unit as indicated in the picture below.
- Note down the model and serial number of the unit.
OUTDOOR CONDENSING UNIT
- For the outdoor unit, the product identification sticker is located at the right hand side of the condenser as indicated in picture below.
- Note down the model and serial number of the unit.
