Excellent Thermal Barrier
All the frameworks are insulated with either 25mm or 50mm thick double skin PU insulation panel to create a thermal barrier between the internal and external surfaces. The fibre plastic corner piece further provide total thermal barrier. The 40kg/m3 polyurethane foam (PU) create the optimum insulation performance and rigidity.

With the modular paneling concept design, each unit can be configured to help you make the best possible use of your available space. Depending on its length, each shipping section can accomodate 1, 2, 3 or more components such as dampers, coils, filters or other accessories, giving you the opportunity to select a very compact unit that makes the most out of limited space. Or, if space is not at a premium, you can create a large clearance between components for a better accessibility during maintenance. All ADM Air Handling Units are designed from computer selection to help assure maximum performance from coils and fans.
Fan and Internal Isolator
Each model of ADM Air Handling Units has 2 sizes of fan for selection. With the forward and backward curve fan, it will have the most economic combination to achieve maximum performance for any requirement. All the ADM AHU is supplied with internal vibration isolator for a minimum vibration transmission and low noise operation. Fan noise is further reduced by the double skinned panel construction.
Improved Indoor Air Quality
Designed for easy maintenance and installation. the ADM Air Handling Unit offers extended coil connections and lift off panels or hinged access doors. Unit sections can be thoroughly cleaned to reduce the potential of indoor air quality problems. In addition, the sloped and painted galvanized steel cooling coil drain pan reduces the risk of algae and fungi growth and prevents corrosion.
The high strength extruded aluminium pentapost construction with injection fibre plastic corner pieces forms a rigid frame for the Air Handling Unit. The external clip method that holds the double skin PU insulation panel allows easy access during maintenance, besides ensuring good air tightness. With the above construction, the frame members are rigidly and tightly fixed together to provide maximum strength to withstand high pressure and prevent air leakage.

Scroll compressor offers versatility and superior performance in a number of ways. With its higher efficiency and quiet operation, it ensures a smooth spectrum and good sound quality. The unprecedented reliability offers better liquid and debris handling. There's no wear out unlike tip seal design. The unloaded start function ensures the lowest system design and operatin cost in the world.
High Efficiency Condenser
High efficiency profiled tube-in-tube counter-flow condenser offers positive refrigerant cooling. The refrigerant and water are circulated in opposite direction, which removes the heat quicker and more efficiently. Shell and tube condenser can be offered as optional.
Strong cast aluminium corner and double skin panel with injected polyurethane foam provides robust casing construction. Units are of compact design, which reduce valuable floor space requirements and allow unit to access easily through most plant-rooms.
The unit is divided into seperate compartments, keeping compressor noise from reaching the fan, plenum or duct section. 17mm and 25mm double skin 40kg/m3 density polyurethane panel provides excellent thermal insulation (U=0.68 W/m2K) and substantially reduces unit noise level.
The state-of-the-art design of the AWP model has a smooth continuous surface with no bolts and nuts. The appearance is further enhanced with color bond panel finishing on the outer skin and galvanized steel inner skin as factory standard.
Accessibility and Ease of Servicing
Removable, key lock access door provides easy access to compressor, condenser and evaporator blower during servicing or replacement. All panels are easily removable for any parts replacement with ACSON's unique locking system.
Easy and Flexible Installation
All units are completely factory assembled, leak tested, evacuated, de-hydrated, pre-charged with R-22 and tested to make installation simple. Connect up the condenser water piping and electrical supply and the unit is ready to operate.

High IAQ Air Supply
Double skin panel construction allow easy inspection, cleaning and maintenance of the interior surface. Moisture intrusion and microbial growth are inhibited with non hydroscopics properties of polyurethane foam.
One inch thick washable flat filters of 75% arrestance supplied as standard for AWP 400 and below. 2" thick washable type of 75% arrestance supplied as standard for AWP 520 and above. Optional 4" thick high efficiency filter for AWP 250 and above are available.
Electronic controller can display and set temperature readings with auto compressor sequencing. The controller comes with 3 minutes restart delay timer for compressor protection. Alarm function display various errors and faults.
Factory installed contactors and overload relays for compressor and evaporator blower motor. Starter will be mounted inside the unit.
Factory wired soft-starter and overload for compressor motor(s) and blower fan motor(s), complete with correct sequence interlocks for cooling tower fan, condenser water pump

Flat Top Design
ART flat top design allows maximum utilization of warehouse and container space. The unit can be stacked up such that the space utilization can be improved.
Zone by Zone Comfort Control
Each unit can be operated independently as such providing zone by zone preset temperature and comfort level.
The Acson Rooftop is designed with high efficiency in mind. The unit is equipped with high efficiency and high reliability scroll compressor. The enlarged coil surface coupled with larger fan capacity ensures the unit to operate with high efficiency.
The compact size of the ART allow for high utilization of the space. The foot print of the unit is very small that it minimises the installation space required.
High Sensible Capacity
The superb balance in the heat exchanger design allow for a higher sensible cooling capacity in the ART unit. The heat exchange is optimised such that sensible heat can be removed from indoor at a higher rate.
One Complete Set Concept
The ART is a complete set of condenser and evaporator by itself. No additional refrigeration work is required at site. Thi will speed up installation time and minimise installation labor involved. The refrigerant is optimally factory charge to ensure clean and efficient operation.

ART adopts a belt driven fan such that the air volume and static required can be changed according to requirement. This flexibility allows for wider application needs.
Flexibility in Supplying Comfort Air
The Acson Rooftop Package is equipped with flexibility of horizontal side throw and vertical down throw. The type of throw can be changed by easily switching the fan and motor. This will allow for maximum flexibility in installation.

The simple design concept has provided the ease of maintenance and servicing. Access to the internal part of the unit can be from the service panel or other side of the unit by loosening a few screws.
AIR DISCHARGE ORIENTATION
ADB200B model come with standard horizontal air discharge. ADB250-500B models only come with standard vertical air discharge and they can be converted to horizontal air discharge at the site. ADB250-500B models with horizontal air discharge are not offered from factory. ADB600-750B models are offered in vertical and horizontal air discharge as standard by differentiate of nomenclature.
COMPACT INDOOR UNIT
Indoor models are designed with compact size with twin coil structure. This design is able to provide some saving in space for installation.
Multiple rooms can be cooled together at the same time by using just one unit of fan coil unit.
FRESH AIR INTAKE FOR HEALTHY LIVING
The conditioned air can be effectively distributed to every corner of the room through the ducting and this ensure a more pleasant environment for comfort living.
FLEXIBILITY OF AIR SUPPLY
ADB200-750B models using belt driven blower such as that the air volume and static required can be adjusted according to the requirement. This flexibility allows for wider application.
All outdoor units are using Scroll compressor which has better energy efficiency and quiet in operation.
SEQUENTIAL CONTROLLER AS STANDARD
This controller is supplied as the standard specification for cooling model where the systems are matching with two outdoor units and more. The benefit of this controller is capable of part-loading of the system capacity.
