We provide Limited Warranty coverage for all our products. Do make sure that your warranty card is registered here and keep the customer copy for future reference. Otherwise, complete the warranty card registration and return the “pink” copy to:

| Remark **Acson will provide free workmanship for replacement of faulty compressor during the 1st year of warranty period. **For remaining years of the warranty period, Acson will only provide the compressor & all replacement expenses will have to be borne by the customer. |
Limited Warranty
We guarantee that our product is free from any defects in material for a period as specified below from the date of purchase under normal use & service.
- This Warranty Registration Card must be correctly completed and returned to Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd within 10 (ten) days from date of purchase.
- This warranty card is irreplaceable in the event of loss and is non-transferable.
- This warranty only covers our product serviced by our authorized dealers and is valid only in Malaysia.
- This warranty card must be presented in the event of a claim. Upon presentation of the warranty card, all defective parts shall be repaired or replaced during the warranty period. Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd reserves the right to make the final decision on the repair or replacement of the said defective parts.
- The compressor and parts are guarantee subject to the following conditions:
- Provided that the customer’s warranty card copy is rubber stamped by our authorized dealer.
- Provided that, in the case of all air conditioners, the air conditioners are serviced by our authorized dealer regularly during full warranty period at the customer’s cost. The customer must enclose proof of such routine servicing when lodging a claim with Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd.
- Non observance of clauses 6 (a) and 6 (b) will render the guarantee on the compressor and parts null and void.
- All refrigerant fields piping is required to use new seamless copper pipe for our equipment’s suction and liquid line according to the manufacturer’s standard sized.
- Under the following circumstances, parts & compressor will be chargeable even during the warranty period:-
- The warranty card cannot be produced when claims are made.
- The warranty card is soiled, altered or otherwise tampered with.
- The serial number of product unit or compressor has been altered, tempered with or removed.
- The product unit has been tampered with, subject to misuse, negligence and damaged while in transit.
- The product unit has not been installed, maintained or operated in accordance with instruction given by manufacturer.
- The product unit has undergone repairs, modifications or connection by persons other than those authorised by Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd.
- Defects are caused by abnormal voltage or the in-coming power supply is from a generator.
- The defect is caused by fire, lightning and other natural disasters or where defect is due to deviation from recommended application and installation.
- Defects are caused by household pests such as lizard, rat, cockroach, etc.
- Defects caused by unit installed near to sources of oil mist in which may adhere to the heat exchanger and results in heat exchange reduction, water mists & spitting, etc.
- Defects are caused by chemical reaction, excessive heat, excessive dust, corrosive surroundings, such as cement factory, animal farm, etc.
- The refrigerant and labor cost to replace and install compressor will be chargeable after 12 months from the date of purchase.
- This guarantee does not cover any losses and damages caused directly or indirectly by breakdown of our equipment and all other warranties / guarantees expressed or implied other than those mentioned above.
Warranty Registration Card
The warranty registration card comes in 3 copies and it should be filled by your dealer or your goodself:
- Pink copy - Dealer is to mail back this portion to Acson OR keep it if register online.
- Green copy - This is the dealer's copy.
- White copy - This is the customer's copy.

- Serial No. - This is computer generated by Acson and it should reflect the same serial number on your air conditioning unit.
- Model - This is computer generated by Acson and is the model name of your air conditioning unit.
- Customer Name - Your name should appear here.
- Customer Address - Your address should appear here.
- Tel. No. - Your telephone number should appear here.
- Mobile Phone No. - Preferable
- Date of Purchase - The date of purchase is to be completed.
- Dealer's Stamp - Please make sure that your dealer's company stamp is here.
