Terms and Conditions

1. Employees of Acson Malaysia, related companies and affiliates and/or the immediate families of such employees, or any other party directly related to this contest are not eligible to participate.

2. Participants must be legal residents of Malaysia with a valid identity card (IC).

3. Participants must be 18 years old and above to join this contest.

4. For the winner selection, Acson Malaysia’s decision will be final and no disputes, queries and/or appeals will be entertained. The participant shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by Acson Malaysia.

5. Acson Malaysia will courier or deliver the prizes after the lucky winner announcement and winners are required to submit and confirm their personal details as we will not re-post any return prizes.

6. In the event that the selected winner(s) is/are found to have breached any or all of the terms and conditions and/or does not submit his/her personal details after the said deadline, Acson Malaysia reserves the right to withdraw the prize at any time, with or without notice.

7. Acson Malaysia reserves the right to remove any comment deemed inappropriate by the standards of the company.

8. The prize awarded by Acson Malaysia is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash or other product from Acson Malaysia.

9. Any entries submitted after the closing date of the contest will not be permitted.

10. Acson Malaysia is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

11. Acson Malaysia will not be held liable for any losses, damages and liabilities incurred directly or indirectly as a result of participation in this contest.

12. Acson Malaysia reserves the rights, in its sole discretion, change or modify this terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice when the company deems it necessary to do so.
