Connect & Win Campaign
1. General
1.1 The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions” or “Agreement”) governs the participation of the MY Acson Connect & Win Campaign (the "Connect & Win Campaign" or “Campaign”) that is made available by Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd (the “Acson Malaysia”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between Acson Malaysia and the individual or entity who participates in our campaign (“participant” or “you”).
1.2 Acson Malaysia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all participants upon posting of the modified Agreement to this web address (URL): https://www.acson.com.my/connect-win. You are responsible to periodically read this document to review the then-current terms and conditions to which you are bound.
1.3 Eligibility:
i. The Connect & Win Campaign is open to the following:
a) All individual customers (end-users) aged 18 and above; and
b) Malaysian citizens and foreign citizens who are residing in Malaysia.
ii. Employees of Acson Malaysia, related companies and affiliates and/or the immediate families of such employees, dealers of Acson Malaysia, sub-contractors or companies or any other party directly related to this campaign are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
iii. Acson Malaysia has the sole discretion to exclude any persons from participating in the Connect & Win Campaign without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
2. Campaign Period
2.1 The campaign starts from 1 September 2021 to 30 November 2021.
3. Campaign Mechanism
3.1 Participants are required to complete all the following steps for eligibility for participation.
i. To purchase Acson Wall Mounted Built-In WiFi air-conditioner model (AVORY/AVO Inverter) or purchase Acson WiFi adapter and install it on the compatible Wall Mounted/Ceiling Cassette/Ceiling Mounted air-conditioner model (For more information on compatible models, kindly refer to https://www.acson.com.my/my-acson)
ii. Participants must register and complete the WiFi pairing after purchasing and install of Acson air-conditioner or WiFi adapter at MY Acson app. (For WiFi pairing guidance, kindly refer to https://youtu.be/dSStyH7SO7s)
iii. Participant is required to fully complete the correct and valid personal information in the personal details fields required in MY Acson app.
iv. All details and particulars submitted when registering the warranty must be accurate, true and complete. Any incomplete, inaccurate or false details and particulars provided by the participants will render the entry void.
v. Each registration submitted by the participant should be made strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions herein before the registration shall be deemed eligible for the Campaign.
4. Prize and Warranty
4.1 Lucky Draw Prizes: 10 units of Acson Mini USB Table Fan each month, a total of 30 units within the campaign period. The winner can get an additional reward of an Acson Car Air Purifier when he/she purchase an Air-Conditioner Service via MY Acson app.

Lucky Draw Prize (Acson Mini USB Table Fan)
4.2 Lucky draw prize will be picked at random, winners are not allowed to choose the colour.
Additional Reward (Acson Car Air Purifier)
4.3 The chosen winners from Klang Valley are entitled to an additional reward of Acson Car Air Purifier with the purchase of an air-conditioner service via the MY Acson app.
4.4 Each winner is only entitled maximum purchase of 3 service packages and is equivalent to receive a maximum of 3 units of additional reward.
4.5 Any service order made after 2 months upon winner receiving an email notification will disqualify to entitle the reward.
4.6 All the prizes/rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or other product from Acson Malaysia. Acson Malaysia has the right to substitute any prize/reward for a prize of equivalent value without prior notice or reason.
4.7 Acson Malaysia provides 1-year warranty for the Acson Mini USB Table Fan and 6 months warranty for Acson Car Air Purifier. To claim the warranty, you are required to contact 1300 22 3344 for further assistance.
5. Winner Announcement and Prizes Delivery
Lucky Draw Prize (Acson USB Mini Table Fan)
5.1 Acson Malaysia will announce 10 lucky winners on Acson Malaysia Facebook on monthly basis.
5.2 The lucky winners will be picked at random, either by means of manual or computerized in any method Acson Malaysia may determine at its absolute discretion.
5.3 Acson Malaysia will notify the lucky winners through the email provided by the participants during the registration at the MY Acson app.
5.4 Lucky winners are required to provide the personal information requested by Acson Malaysia in the email for courier the lucky draw prize.
5.5 The lucky winners are required to respond to the email within a week after Acson Malaysia has notified you. In the event of any winner failing to respond to the email within the timeframe, the unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
5.6 Kindly double confirm your details before submitting your personal information and be aware of the courier delivery as we will not re-post any return prizes.
5.7 Lucky winners may request the tracking number from Acson Malaysia 3 days after the deadline.
Additional Reward (Acson Car Air Purifier)
5.8 The additional reward will be couriered to the address indicated from your MY Acson app Service Booking at the end of the campaign period for completed service jobs only.
5.9 We will not be liable for any loss for lost, damaged, dented, failure or delayed delivery caused by matters or circumstances outside and/or beyond the control and/or power of Acson Malaysia.
6. Personal Information
6.1 This Connect & Win campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Acson Malaysia and not to Facebook. Please refer to the Facebook privacy policy and the terms and conditions, which bind the members and users of Facebook.
6.2 By participating in the campaign, participants are acknowledgeable and agreeable to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of the personal information (including but not limited to name, NRIC number, telephone number and address) in order to process and contact the participant regarding the campaign entry and for the purpose set out herein.
6.3 The information may be utilized in the following manners:
i. Details which consist of personal data provided by participants may be used by Acson Malaysia for the following purposes:
a) The operations and process in this campaign;
b) The redemption of the prize;
c) Updating our records about the participant;
d) Market research and statistical analysis and surveys with the aim of improving Acson Malaysia products and services;
e) For advertising and promotion purposes; and
f) For any purposes required by law or regulation.
ii. Acson Malaysia may collect, use, disclose and share amongst ourselves, Acson Malaysia’s agents and respective service providers, the participant’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in Acson Malaysia’s publications, presentations, promotional materials on our websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the campaign or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation.
iii. Other than those individuals and entities mentioned above, or as informed from time to time, your personal data will not be revealed by Acson Malaysia to any other outsides, unless Acson Malaysia has required your permission to do so.
7. General Terms and Conditions
7.1 Acson Malaysia shall not be liable to any persons in the campaign for any injuries, losses and/or damage in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the campaign.
7.2 Acson Malaysia reserves the right to video, photography, record and/or publish any participant’s images and details for the purpose relating to the publicity of the campaign without having to pay any fee or compensation to the participants.
7.3 Acson Malaysia’s decision of the campaign is final and no appeals or correspondence will be entertained. The participant shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by Acson Malaysia.
7.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or other promotional materials or communications relating to the campaign, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
