Terms & Conditions for Jom Eat & Win
The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd (the “Acson Malaysia”) “Jom Eat & Win” Campaign (the “Campaign”).
By participating in Jom Eat & Win campaign, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions that Acson Malaysia issued. Acson Malaysia reserves the right to vary and/or alter the Term and Conditions of the Campaign at any time without prior notification.
In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or other promotional materials or communications relating to the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Eligibility
1. Jom Eat & Win campaign is open to participants who are residents of Malaysia and aged 18 years old and above as stated on their NRIC/Passport.
2. The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in the contest:
(a) permanent and/or contract employees of Acson Malaysia and their immediate family members.
(b) representatives and/or agents (including advertising and campaign events, third-party vendors,
dealers, business partners, service providers) of Acson.
Campaign Period
3. Jom Eat & Win is open from 29 August 2022 and ends on 28 September 2022, 23:59 pm.
Participation
4. To participate in the campaign:
(a) Participants must spend at least RM20.00 in a single receipt within the contest period at any restaurant listed in the Terms & Conditions. The minimum spending of RM20.00 excludes service tax (if any)
(b) Scan the QR code or log on to https://acson.zotapage.com/jom-eat-win.html
(c) Complete the online form by filling in all the empty fields, attach the receipt of spending in participating restaurant & click on submit.
(d) Retain the original single receipt dated within the Campaign Period that matches the online entry as proof of purchase.
(e) Only original and valid printed receipts will be accepted. Any receipt that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately, contains printing typographical, mechanical or other errors or the printing is unclear or does not contain the required information is invalid and will not be accepted. Acson Malaysia reserves the sole discretion and rights to disqualify such invalid receipts.
5. All details and particulars submitted must be accurate, true and complete. Any incomplete, inaccurate or false details and particulars provided by the participants will render the entry void.
6. Acson Malaysia reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Jom Eat & Win at any time, without prior notice.
Conduct of Drawing Winner of Jom Eat & Win
7. There will be eight (8) winners picked for the campaign of Jom Eat & Win. Each winner will be entitled to win one of the following prizes:
• Grand Prize – Acson Inverter Wall Mounted AVO Series 1.0HP (A3WMY10NF/A3LCY10F) x 1 Winner
• 1St Runner Up – Acson Air Purifier (AAP30C) x 3 Winners
• 2nd Runner Up – Acson Desktop Air Purifier x 4 Winners
8. The winners will be selected at random, either by means of a manual or computerized lucky draw in any method as Acson Malaysia may determine at its absolute discretion.
9. Each winner is only entitled to win one prize regardless of the number of times the campaign entries are drawn. In the event a participant’s entry is drawn for more than one (1) time, Acson Malaysia shall be entitled to disregard the second and subsequent draw and re-draw a winner.
10. Acson Malaysia’s decision for the Jom Eat & Win Campaign is final. No appeals or correspondence will be entertained. The participants shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by Acson Malaysia.
Distribution of Prizes
10. Winners will be notified by Acson Malaysia by verbal call and email according to the email provided by the participants during registration. If winners cannot be contacted, Acson Malaysia reserves the right to re-draw one or, more reserve winners to replace.
11. The Campaign prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash, other prizes or any other products.
12. All prizes will be shipped to the winners within fourteen (14) days after the campaign ended, following the details provided by the participants during registration. If the prize(s) is not reachable to the winner according to the details provided, such prize(s) shall be forfeited and no compensation will be given in such circumstances.
13. Acson Malaysia reserves the right to appoint a third-party (3rd) party vendor or service provider to handle the fulfillment or making available of the prizes and delivery of the prize(s) to the winner. By providing your personal information including name, delivery address, contact numbers, email address and other information to Acson Malaysia, Acson Malaysia can use and/or disclose the information to third-party (3rd) party vendors or service providers for the purpose of delivery service.
14. Other than those individuals and entities mentioned above, or as informed from time to time, your personal data will not be revealed by Acson Malaysia to any other outsides, unless Acson Malaysia has required your permission to do so.
