ACSON Follow, Buy & Win Contest

Terms & Conditions  

This Acson Follow, Buy & Win Contest (‘Contest’) is organised by Acson Malaysia (‘the Organiser’) and will run from 1 July 2022 until 31 July 2022, inclusive of both dates.

By entering this Contest, participant(s) agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement between participant(s) and the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, adding or remove any of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Contest Period –

This Contest will commence between 1 July 2022 and end on 31 July 2022.

Eligibility –

This Contest is open to all Malaysian residents age 18 and above, except the following groups of persons who shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest: Employees of the Organiser, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, advertising and Marketing agencies, sponsors, and their immediate families.

Contest Mechanism & Submission of Entries –

Participant(s) must fulfil all the requirements of the Contest mechanics.

1. Follow Acson Shopee / Lazada Store.

2. Buy any Acson Product(s) from Acson Store on Lazada or Shopee Store.

3. One purchased order is to be considered as one entry.

4. Participants can place as many orders as they wish in this contest between 1 July 2022 and end on 31 July 2022.

5. The lucky winners will be picked at random, either by means of manual or computerized in any method Acson Malaysia may determine at its absolute discretion.)

Winners & Prizes –

Contest Winners:

1. Total of six winners will be selected by a panel of judges from the Organiser for this contest.

2. All the winners will be announced on Acson’s store on Lazada and Shopee.

3. Winner announcement date for Follow, Buy and Win contest is as follows:

15^th August 2022, 12:00PM

4. The judges’ decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entertained.

Prizes:

• Tommy Hilfiger Classic Backpack (Worth RM988) x1
• 2 GSC Movie Tickets x5

Prizes will be delivered within 14 days after the confirmation of winners.

The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with alternative prizes of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All prizes given are not exchangeable, sold for cash, credit, other items or voucher and are non-transferable to any other person.

Eligible Winner:

1. The eligibility to win the Contest is on the condition that Eligible Participants fully comply with the Terms and Conditions as stated herein.

2. Incomplete entries and/or the failure to fulfil all or any of the Terms and Conditions will automatically disqualify from the Contest without prior notice.

3. Each winner is only entitled to ONE (1) prize throughout the Contest period.

4. The organizer reserve the rights to withdraw winner’s eligibility even after the winner announcement if the order is not in completed status by all means (no matter it is caused by delivery failure or return/refund request).

Prizes Redemption:

1. The winner is required to revert back to the Organiser within 7 days once notified through Organiser’s Lazada/Shopee chat.

2. If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.

3. All communication will be served through Organiser’s store on Lazada and Shopee ONLY.

4. The Organizer will not be liable if any prize fails to reach winners or if winners cannot receive the prize for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control.

Other Terms & Conditions

By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by this Contest Rules & Regulations, and the decisions of the Organiser:

1. All orders details that equivalent as entries of the contest will become the property of the Organiser, which subsequently reserves the right to publish the names and videos of winners for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation or notice.

2. The participants acknowledge that the Organiser is authorized to process the personal data provided to this Contest in accordance with its privacy policy. The participant’s personal data will not be used or disclosed other than for the purposes set out herein.

3. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by this Contest Rules & Regulations, and the decisions of the Organiser.
