Terms and Conditions for Acson Malaysia 

MY Acson Aircond Service 

(AcsonMan Premier Plus Service) Promotion

 

General

1.0)  The following terms and conditions govern the promotion campaign of the aircond cleaning service via MY Acson app (the "Promotion" or “Service”) that is made available by Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd (the “Acson Malaysia”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between Acson Malaysia and the individual or entity who purchase the promotion (“customer” or “you”).

1.1)  Acson Malaysia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all customers upon posting of the modified Agreement to this web address (URL): https://www.acson.com.my/my-acson-aircon-service. You are responsible for periodically read this document to review the then-current terms and conditions to which you are bound. 

 

Promotion Period

2.0)  The offer is valid from 1 November 2021 – 30 November 2021, whereby any Service Booking(s) made thereafter shall not be entitled to the promotion.

 

Promotion Mechanism

3.0)  For each aircon unit service completion via MY Acson app ordering, you shall be entitled to a complimentary Acson USB Table Fan.

3.1)  You are entitled to an additional 3% discount when you apply the promo code during checkout.

3.2)  The offer is valid for Klang Valley only (within Selangor and Kuala Lumpur).

3.3)  The offer is valid for a limited time only, while stocks last.

3.4)  Promotion cannot be applied to previous purchases nor combined with any other offers or discounts.

3.5)  The service schedule is subject to the availability of service providers. You shall be entitled to a full refund if no service provider is allocated to your booking beyond the scheduled date (refer to Annex 1 - Cancellation and Refund Policy).

3.6)  For matters related to refunds, cancellations, and workmanship guarantee, you may contact Acson Customer Careline (1 300 22 3344) or email to acson@acson.com.my to express your feedback.

 

Free Gift

4.0)  The complimentary product (Acson USB Table Fan) shall be couriered to the address indicated from your MY Acson app Service Booking two weeks from the date of completed jobs only.

4.1)  The complimentary Acson USB Table Fan will be picked at random, customers are not allowed to choose the colour.

4.2)  Free gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or other product from Acson Malaysia. Acson Malaysia has the right to substitute the free gift for a product of equivalent value without prior notice or reason.

4.3)  Acson Malaysia provides 1 year warranty for the Acson USB Table Fan. To claim the warranty, you are required to contact 1300 22 3344 for further assistance.

4.4)  We will not be liable for any loss for lost, damaged, dented, failure, or delayed delivery caused by matters or circumstances outside and/or beyond the control and/or power of Acson Malaysia.

 

Personal Information

5.0)  By purchasing the promotion, customers are acknowledgeable and agreeable to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of the personal information (including but not limited to name, NRIC number, telephone number and address) in order to process and contact you regarding the promotion and for the purpose set out herein.

5.1)  The information may be utilized in the following manners:

5.2)  Details which consist of personal data provided by participants may be used by Acson Malaysia for the following purposes:

a) The operations and process in this promotion;

b) The delivery of the free gift;

c) Updating our records about customer;

d) Market research and statistical analysis and surveys with the aim of improving Acson Malaysia products and services; and

e) For any purposes required by law or regulation.

 

Annex 1 – Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation, cancellation fee, and refund conditions:

Acson reserves the following rights:

(a) For any servicing job, the full and total amount of your order(s)/booking(s) will be charged if you cancel the order(s)/booking(s) after the service provider has arrived at your service location.

(b) You will be entitled for a full refund if your order(s)/booking(s) is/are not picked up by any service provider beyond the date of your scheduled booking.

(c) If your cancellation is initiated more than 24 hours prior to the servicing schedule, there will be a full refund provided there are no other violations or breaches of Terms of Use.

(d) You are not permitted to cancel order(s)/booking(s) less than 24 hours prior to the servicing schedule. There will be no refund and the full amount of your order(s)/booking(s) will be charged. However, you may be entitled to reschedule the order(s)/booking(s).

(e) Rescheduled service order(s)/booking(s) initiated 12 hours and above prior to the servicing schedule will be Free of Charge (FOC).

(f) Rescheduled service order(s)/booking(s) initiated within 3 hours to 12 hours prior to the servicing schedule will be charged RM80.00 as Rescheduling Surcharge. You shall be redirected to the iPay88 page to complete the surcharge payment.

(g) The earliest possible timeframe for you to reschedule order(s)/booking(s) is from 24 hours to a maximum of 1 month from the existing date/time.

(h) You can only reschedule order(s)/booking(s) once. The rescheduled order(s)/booking(s) cannot be canceled and must be a minimum of 24 hours from the current time.
