What will you need to do
• To coordinate and support logistics, including warehouse vendor workers and transporter to perform effective incoming and outgoing functions to meet agreed response time.
• To maintain proper documentation & records of all logistics and shipping documents by establishing a good filing system.
• To keep check on security of store premise in place always, to take necessary prompt and restore actions for internal & external store.
• To implement and maintain administrative processes, procedures, and documents for all logistics transactions.
What do you need to have
• Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics or an equivalent
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, positive attitude and a good team player.
• Possess excellent analytical, communication, negotiations, strong planning and presentation skills
• Good command of written and verbal in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be added advantage
