1. Reinstall the App
Sometimes, the update may not apply properly.
Steps:
• Uninstall the MY Acson App from your phone.
• Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
• Search “MY Acson” and download the latest version.
• Open the app and log in with your existing account.

2. Reconnect Your Air Conditioner
If your air conditioner is missing from the app:

• Ensure the unit is powered on.
